V2P Labs LLC is a founder-run AI venture studio and operating company. We exist to translate deep technology expertise and strong relationships into scalable, durable businesses — and to do it as operators, not spectators.

Most studios do one of these. We do all three, under one roof, with disciplined multi-entity architecture that keeps the portfolio durable and efficient. We build our own products, back the ones with legs, and run them in production ourselves.

Co-founder & Managing Member
A product and AI leader whose career spans NCR, Amazon Core AI, UKG, Phenom and SplashBI — two decades building intelligent products and turning data into decisions. A Kellogg (Northwestern) MBA and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he sets V2P's technical architecture and leads the product engineering, automation and AI running under every product.
